I'm pretty sure this tool might be of use to some people. It can automatically convert simplified
characters to traditional and vise versa. I mainly translate simplified to traditional and found
this tool to be very accurate. For instance, 出租汽車 (used in China) will be translated into
計程車 (used in Taiwan), and 水平 (used in China) will be translated into 水準(used in
Taiwan).
One problem is that this tool only works on Chinese versions of Excel. I'm running MS Office 2003
English and can't seem to find the plug-in to make this work. Perhaps, someone could help me out...
