Cry out, relieve stress!

According to the Youth Daily, some young people in Beijing and Shanghai,
especially office-staff bachelors, are getting rid of anxiety and
refreshing themselves by crying out loudly on the weekend to tragic
videos and books.
Huang, a white-collar employee in Shanghai, is a member of the special
group. On the group's website, she and her friends communicate life
experiences and exchange videos and books they believe are the most
useful at helping them cry.
The paper quotes a psychologist as saying that crying could be an
effective way to ease anxiety to some extent, but it's not a way to
radically relieve stress. Instead, the paper suggests people should take
more positive approaches to the solution of their problems.
